As a human being, you are the expert in your life, work and relationships.
You are creative, resourceful and whole.

The Coaching process will help you explore where you are in your life or career, where you want to go, and how you might get there. A Coach will support you in taking action to move toward your goals, acting as a mirror for you to see your own reflection with kindness towards yourself.

The International Federation of Coaches (ICF) defines Coaching as partnering with clients in a thought-provoking and creative process that inspires them to maximise their personal and professional potential.  Therefore the role of a Coach, is to have empathy and be in equal partnership with you. Coaching is based on the fact that you are the number one expert in your life.

During these uncertain and complex times this is particularly important.

How I coach?

Life is full of different phases. Some are good, some not so good. Some phases seem never-ending, and some are over far too quickly.

The areas I facilitate:
• Independence
• Coupling or marriage
• Parenting: babies through to adolescents
• Empty nest and launching adult children
• Retirement or senior years

On top of these we have life events, such as the mid-life crisis or unravelling, losing a job, divorce, financial worries, getting injured, falling ill, failure and changing friends and difficult relationships.

If we understand that everything in life is temporary and will eventually end, we’ll appreciate all our moments a little bit more – but when we feel ‘stuck’ the silver lining is harder to see. I encourage you to look back fondly on the good memories and have pride in how you survived the difficult times. So, make the most of every day and every experience life offers, for it will not come back again.

Standing on this foundation, my Coaching process is to:

In order to empathize with someone’s experience you must be willing to believe them as they see it and not how you imagine their experience to be.”
